Phosphoric Acid is a food grade 81% phosphoric acid solution. Used for reducing the alkalinity in the brewing liquor and washing yeast.

Stabi-Haze is an Agent to achieve a natural turbidity in beer; the product based on natural ingredients. It is a combination of a specific neutral tannic acid and Arabic gum.

Calcium Sulphate (Gypsum) is a salt used to increase the mineral content of the brewing liquor. This improves its brewing quality and helps produce desired beer characteristics.
