Enzyfoam is a self-foaming enzymatic detergent specially developed for cleaning floors, surfaces, hard-to-reach areas and high risk zones in the Food & Beverage industry.
A 32% sodium hydroxide solution with a blend of sequestrants, making it suitable for all water hardnesses and improving detergency. Ideal for cleaning the brewhouse, fermenting vessels, conditioning tanks, casks and kegs. Dosage rate: 3-6% v/v.
