Used to seal a cask at the end of a serving session, which helps to retain the natural carbonation of the beer. These can be cleaned and reused.

A non fermentable sweetener which is used in finished beer to give it more body and a fuller mouth feel. Traditionally used in stouts, sour and dark beers, and IPAs.
