We are pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Denny as NicheSolutions' new Sales Manager.
Richard brings with him 22 years of experience in the brewing industry, and is looking forward to meeting, helping and being available as a consultant regarding product quality and hygiene for all our customers in the beer, wine, cider and distilling industries.
As a long-standing master brewer, Richard brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to the company.
Richard began his brewing career after graduating with a BSc Hons in Biotechnology at De Montfort University. He then joined Carlsberg Northampton where he worked in the Laboratory for 10 years. During this time, he studied for his brewing exams and in 2008 he became the youngest Master Brewer in the UK.
After a further four years in a technical brewing role within the organisation, Richard moved on to Charles Wells, taking up the role of Continuous Improvements Manager. Having a scientific and laboratory-based background within the brewing industry, as well as a passion for quality and hygiene, it was a natural progression then to move to the chemical hygiene industry where he has spent the last five years working at CCL Pentasol and then at Diversey.

Delivery Changes
Update to Our Delivery Charges
We’d like to inform our customers of an upcoming update to our delivery terms, effective 5th January 2026.
Due to continued increases in transport and logistics costs, we have reviewed our delivery structure to ensure we can maintain a reliable and efficient service while continuing to offer value wherever possible.
Updates:
Free delivery will now apply to orders over £450 (excl. VAT)
Standard delivery will be made within 3 working days
Next working day delivery will be available at a cost of £75 (excl. VAT)
AM delivery, when requested, will incur a fee of £50 (excl. VAT) per order
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are price upon application
These changes allow us to continue working with trusted carriers and maintain the level of service and reliability you expect from us.

Niche Solutions GB Christmas Shutdown 2025
As from 12pm Friday 22nd December our offices and factory will be closed for our annual Christmas and New Year Shutdown, this shutdown will continue until 2nd January 2025.
Orders can still be placed through our website with these being fulfilled on 2nd January onwards, alternatively orders can also be placed via our orders email orders@nichesolutionsgb.co.uk
